Hi, Andrew:

I have in my nlmake.ctl file a statement that says
NOTIFY Receipt INTL NOKILLSENT

and should acknowledge receipt of each net segment (This is a region control
file). In fact, it does nothing!!!  Can you point me in a direction to make
this work?  Thanks!!
