It's been a little while since I looked at that part of the code, but IIRC if 
it's just one line that is an issue, it will be flagged as an error, and the 
remainder of the segment processed.  If there are multiple lines with issues, 
the segment could be rejected entirely, and moved to the badfiles directory, 
or deleted if there is no badfiles directory configured.  I'll have to take a 
closer look at that when I have some spare time.
