Hello All!

  Recently in converting from all zero's to -Unpublished- an error
  was made, that resulted in a Host entry being tagged as an error
  and the relvant net to be merged with the forgoing net in the nodelist.

  This was caused by a homan error, where the trailing dash was omitted.
  Apparently this spooked the Nethost or his RC, and the old notation
  with all zero's was restored for the netsegment.

  In the makenl_ng sourcefile fts5.c there is a small section, that
  corrects the way Unpublished is written. The change is from any combination
  of lower and uppercase characters to just the first character being in
  uppercase.

  I would like to propose that this spellchecker section is extended to
  correct a missing dash at the start and at the end of Unpublished as well.
  This to correct human error, that can have significant impact on the
  nodelist.
