if there is a slight chance to switch to another task its more likely that the
UBasic 13.05 revision will honor such a request  =:)
the only issue that can prevent this is a system crash that requires recovery
(similar to the issue at last weekend) :-P
all other is stackable :D

and according to the rule, mostly delayed requests carrys out to be finished
once returned =:)
this prevents potential stack overflows  =:)
