well another example is that spamassassin is out in rc2 state now, but in
gentoo there is not even perl modules ready for this change yet, i mean, if
makenl needs api change / docs change, then it would be 3.4.0, but if it just
bugfixes, it should be 3.3.5, or is makenl not that way ?

when its relased as 3.4.0 then i will create a updated ebuild
