It's been a good week in politics:

1.  Nancy Pelosi hands the speakers gavel to John Boehner.  In the face of
humiliation handed to Madam Facelift by American voters, this bizarre woman
brags about her party's accomplishments.

2.  Robert Gibbs, a parody of a press secretary, has resigned.  What a
thankless task that moron had.  "What the vice president MEANT to say was...."

3.  Alan Grayson, the Otto Sauer of the House and hero to the DUmpster divers,
says that no one in the administration is giving Obama progressive advice. 
This idiot lost for a reason.

4.  On some Guantanamo Bay legislation or the other this week, Obama attaches
a signing statement.  I remember when Bush's signing statements were
considered a high crime by Fido's liberal brain trust.  Speaking of him,
whatever happened to the criminal Chirnside?

5.  Hugo Chavez says he wants Cigar "Ah dun it cawze Ah cud" Willy to be US
ambassador to Venezeula.  There is nothing I can add to this.

6.  In 2006, Hillary Willy said that if Americans were tired of $3 gas, they
should vote for democrats.  Whoops.

7.  Returning from vacation, Obama in wearing clothes so casual that he is in
flip flops.  Presidential historian Douglas Brinkley says this may be the
first time in history that a president has had exposed feet inside a
building.  The past two democrat presidents have sure raised the status of the
presidency, haven't they?
