No, it doesn't. Klahn does whatever he wants to, even ignoring his own rules.


In yesterday's packet he gives me a week vacation for reminding Otto that he
was spouting off about something he doesn't even have any involvement in; he
pays no taxes, and he lives at the expense of the taxpayers.


This morning in today's packet....Klahn posts to me from his echo, as though
we're having a conversation.
