The Main Particulars:

While it is true that this echo is a "General Flame Echo",  to "FLAME"
someone is neither a pre-requisite or a requirement, you may at your choosing
decide to have civil conversations if you so desire, the only thing that you
need to know is that FLAMING is allowed, keep your head low, forewarned is
forearmed.

The rules of this echo are dictated by the conference moderator.

Rules:

Profanity is allowed.

No threats of physical violence.

If what you may say is illegal, dont say it.

Real names are preferred, for purposes of humor, sarcasm you may use a handle
if you can be identified in your sig lines or footnote in the body of the
message, you may not however impersonate other echo members or other real
people known to use Fidonet.

Notes...

A.

I am not a policeman, nor am I the court system, anyone violating the rules
will be removed from this echo with or without prior warnings, beyond that
your pursuit of the offender is your business, leave Fidonet and/or myself
out of it. You enter this echo AT YOUR OWN RISK, if you are easily
offended to the point that you want a tormenter punished within or outside
of FIDONET, then you should not be here!! No one can libel/slander you if
you dont expose yourself to it. Excessive crying about such might lead to
you being removed from the echo.

B.

Fidonet policy does not apply to this echo, except for its interaction with
other NODELISTED systems. This is a echomail conference, Fidonet defines
echomail as merely a different flavor of NETMAIL, therefore this echo must
be shown to cause some technical issues on a system transporting it or
otherwise carrying it for Fidonet policy to be remotely actionable. Fidonet
policy is also not enforceable on or by non-nodelisted individuals.

C.

As moderator I reserve the right to enforce the rules or not on a case by case
basis in addition to adding to them as needed.
