of limitations is 7 years. You were peddling this little tale of yours back in

1. You didn't WANT to be bailed out


2. Instead of going straight to emergency medical services when you WERE
bailed out, you instead went home


3. You have since boasted about engaging in activity that fully belies your
claim of having your back broken (climbing a ladder to board up windows,
carrying monitors in and out of your house, not to mention kicking in the door
of a house to gain entry, for which you were arrested and mentally evaluated)


And.....


1. You had to `walk' to the cop car when you were arrested


2. You had to `walk' into the police station to get booked and locked up


3. You had to `walk' out of the police station when you got bailed


4. You had to `walk' into your dwelling when you arrived home


This little story of yours just keeps growing its own nose!
