Hello All!

According to the docs for File tic area set up .4 setting 0 will mark area as
passthru only BUT it will not accept zero, at least on an existing area.

Want to do so on Daily nodelists that I have no use for (cannot see the point
of them) but need to get them for downlinks.

Is this a bug introduced since 0.93/6 ?
