For now, just allowing NNTP access to the BBS' message base.

Later on, when I have a more stable Internet connection, I'm definitely 
wanting to start to gate newsgroups directly into the BBS.  I have a few 
downlinks that would like a couple of newsgroups eventually.

How were the MBSE docs describing how to do this?
