Is the message originating on a Mystic BBS and being sent to a MBSE system?

Blank lines, ones with CRLF, are normally ignored for processing and left
as-is.  I think there are other issues going on.  Could you send me a copy of
the message "as-is"?  I can take a look at it here and see if I can see
anything.
