Yes, I think that is what is happening. Looking at Mystic's log it seems to
think that message is To: the node it came from. I'm not sure why that is.

Yes, MBSE is doing the right thing to send it back there. I can send a
message to that point from my MBSE system and it is imported without any
issues.
