Builds and runs on CentOS 8 Stream just fine here. I'm having some problems 
with
a corrupted file db but that's due to other issues.   

I've set up a Devuan beowulf test VM and will be doing the same with FreeBSD.
Just haven't built or run MBSE on either yet.
