TID: FastEcho 1.46.1 42652

New mbsebbs install 1.0.8.6 - how do we setup the editor & what options
exist?  Installed Joe but it doesnt seem to work. User attempts to enter
message & when the bbs executes .../bin/editor script that calls the joe
editor, it immeditaely exits returning use rto the bbs.

What am I missing here?
