indolent heiress, long before Paris Hilton) was fictional?


Now several game shows have predicated the correct answer to refer to this as 
an actual kidnapping?


Last I recall, she faked her kidnapping to get ransom cash for her and her 
boyfriend. 

Now she's acting, again(well, being done for her posthumously) a kidnapping 
victim by the S.L.A?

I know the SLA exists now -- did it then, or is this a case of a terrorist 
group inspired to create itself by media coverage of a non-event using a made-
up name for a non-existing group?
