I know what those mean but have > no idea why I'd ever need them. :D I once asked a maths teacher when his skills had ever come in handy "in real life". He told me that he once had to work out how much corrugated roofing would be needed to cover an outside storage area and so, rather than just measuring the floor and adding a bit, he did some proper triangle geometry. "Did it work?" "It came out the same as if I'd just measured the floor and added a bit" BobW --- SBBSecho 3.29-Linux * Origin: >>> Magnum BBS <<< - magnumbbs.net (2:250/3) SEEN-BY: 1/120 18/0 25/0 21 50/22 103/705 104/119 105/81 106/201 114/10 SEEN-BY: 116/116 120/302 616 123/0 25 126 180 525 755 3001 3002 124/5016 SEEN-BY: 128/187 129/14 305 135/115 153/757 7715 154/10 30 50 110 SEEN-BY: 154/700 203/0 218/700 220/6 20 30 90 221/0 6 222/2 226/18 SEEN-BY: 226/30 44 50 227/114 229/110 206 300 317 400 426 428 470 SEEN-BY: 229/664 700 705 240/1120 5832 250/0 1 3 4 5 7 8 11 13 14 SEEN-BY: 250/15 17 263/1 266/512 275/1000 280/464 5003 5006 291/111 SEEN-BY: 292/854 301/1 310/31 320/219 322/757 341/66 234 342/200 396/45 SEEN-BY: 423/120 460/58 256 1124 467/888 633/280 712/848 1321 770/1 SEEN-BY: 902/26 2320/105 3634/0 12 24 27 56 57 58 60 5020/400 8912 SEEN-BY: 5054/30 5075/35 PATH: 250/3 1 3634/12 154/10 280/464 460/58 229/426 |
