The last email I got from Joe was in December 2021 .

In March of 2022 I began having DSL problems and was suggested I drop DSL  and
get Fiber internet 
I dropped DSL and learned the Fiber Modem didn't work here , so I dropped the
Fiber too.

Two years later I got a cellphone plan.
