I will have to look at a map of Frankfort, Kentucky to see where the new Capitol. The last time I drove by the Capitol was in 1965. I deported myself to Indiana in 1967 and occasionally cross the Ohio River to the land of bluegrass but hadn't heard of a newer Capitol building.
