Wrt ebooks, I would imagine that the constant light from the  
screen would lead to eye fatigue very quickly if you wanted  
settle down with a book for something more than occassional  
reading.

But.. if there was an app that could emulate the e-paper  
technology and force you to use ambient light, maybe that could  
work better.
