But is there an option to DL the file for offline viewing?

The idea is to point the person to the specific .mp4 files, use  
my shop wi-fi to get them, and have them stored on the iPhone  
for later viewing. The person does not have reliable cell  
coverage at home.

There are a total of 3 vids.  They range in viewing time  
between 10 minutes and 35 minutes. It would be great to just DL  
them and move on.
