For music it has to be Spotify.  For podcasts I use Pocket Casts (and am
fortunate enough to have been a longtime user so was given a free lifetime
plan when they went subscription).

I have subscriptions to Netflix and Disney+ and use both fairly regularly.  I
also have a free year of Apple TV+ which is nice as Foundation was just
released on Friday.  I've only seen the first episode so far (episodes 1 & 2
were both released).  I highly recommend it if you're into Sci-Fi.
