Not at all. I'm 60+ and don't even wear glasses.  Infact, I'm  
just about the ony cousin of 14 that doesn't wear glasses. All  
my aunts and uncles do.  Even my 2nd cousins were glasses.

And.. I know exactly why I escaped the need for glasses. It  
started with a tip from a campus Dr at university when I went  
in complaining that I couldn't see the chalkboard. Eversince,  
no need for glasses.

The BB10 is just fine for the occassional email review or  
reply. The Telegram app is also a nice fit to the screen.

I work with a 14" 4:3 laptop screen for most of my important  
work, reading and browsing. I wouldn't want to go smaller for  
that.
