Windscribe is very good. 10GB free per month. An additional plugin is
available for Firefox toolbar for convenience.

The only niggly thing I find with it is that although the desktop app allows
viewing different locations, any that I select never kick in. Only the
pre-selected "Best Location" in my own country seems to work.  However, the
Firefox plugin DOES allow selecting from a list of other countries, and that
one works, but the limit is only 2GB.
