I thought all the providers provided throttle-down unlimited.

Getting cut off would seem to be the antithesis of "shock-free  
data" to me. That is, suddenly having no data would be a shock!

For me $40/mo is enough for this overpriced thing.  Jumping  
onto the Koodo deal would mean $120 MORE per year - no thanks.
