A visit to Wired has reminded me how bad the website behaves.   
The site is littered with video panels that insist on playing  
automatically.  When I just want to read the article, and  
scroll down or page-down to the next page, the screen re- 
adjusts and goes to the TOP. It's as if the video content is  
forcing the screen to reset until the video content is finished  
at least one cycle.
