Well, Cleese had a few good moments whilst in ISIRTA, but overall Benny
Hill was funnier (at least by my appreciation of their materials).

Now, The Goons and Benny Hill...  equally funny but definitely
different styles.  But for both: funny, bawdy, sometimes lewd, but
never obscene or mean-spirited/hurtful.
