EYE OF THE BEHOLDER (1999) was one such film - but I thought A> AA> it was rather well done in a dark, psycho twisted kind of way. An A> AA> investigator is tasked to track down a serial killer and tends to protect A> AA> the killer from being discovered. A> A> Outland (1981) was a flop I think, but I liked it. A> A> Another more recent flop that I liked was Surrogates. A> A> I don't think they were disasters but they didn't do well. A> A> Ttyl :-), A> Al A> A> ... Computer Hacker wanted. Must have own axe. I am going to give Outland a try. I missed that one (primarily because I was still in university and didn't pay attention to films in theatre very much). But I like Sean Connery - and in this film - he actually wanted the role. Surrugates sounds interesting too. Bruce Willis brings some good fun in most of his films. A couple of oldies of his - which also seemed to be box-office bombs - are Hudson Hawk and Last Man Standing. The first is a comedy/action flick. The latter is a classy dark film noire kind of thing - the ending is superb. --- tg BBS v0.6.2 * Origin: Fido by Telegram BBS by Stas Mishchenkov (2:460/58) SEEN-BY: 1/123 90/1 105/81 120/340 123/131 124/5016 154/10 203/0 221/0 SEEN-BY: 226/30 227/114 702 229/101 275 424 426 550 664 1016 240/5832 SEEN-BY: 249/110 206 317 400 280/464 5003 288/100 292/8125 310/31 SEEN-BY: 317/3 322/757 342/200 396/45 423/120 460/58 777 1124 5858 SEEN-BY: 633/280 770/1 2452/250 5054/30 PATH: 460/58 280/464 229/101 426 |
