Alec Baldwin SHOOTS DEAD crew member with prop gun in freak "accident" 

A cinematographer has died after being shot on set with a prop gun by Alec
Baldwin while filming a Western in New Mexico, passing away later in hospital,
while the director was left injured in the incident. 

Police refrained from calling it an accident as detectives investigate how and
what type of ammunition was fired. No charges have been filed yet, while an
apparently distraught Baldwin has been interviewed by investigators. 

Baldwin's character in the movie Rust - which he had also been producing -
breaks his grandson out of prison after the youngster is sentenced to death
for an accidental murder.
