I liked most of them. I like The Royal Tenenbaums best. Some of Gene Hackman's best work. Anderson's films in general have a very distinctive slow-burn style about them. It really worked well in Tenenbaums, but tends to be grating in his others. The Life Aquatic, for example, started out strong, but didn't hold my interest after the first 30 minutes. JP> There's a new one coming out. Just looked it up: The French Dispatch. Looks interesting, will probably see it. --- SBBSecho 3.11-Win32 * Origin: -=[conchaos.synchro.net|ConstructiveChaos BBS]=- (1:226/18) SEEN-BY: 1/123 14/0 90/1 105/81 120/340 457 616 123/10 131 124/5016 SEEN-BY: 129/305 153/757 154/10 30 40 50 700 203/0 220/80 90 221/0 SEEN-BY: 221/6 226/18 30 227/114 702 229/424 426 428 550 664 700 240/2100 SEEN-BY: 240/5138 5411 5824 5832 5853 249/206 317 400 280/464 5003 SEEN-BY: 282/1038 292/8125 301/1 310/31 317/3 320/219 322/757 341/234 SEEN-BY: 342/200 396/45 423/120 460/58 633/280 770/1 2452/250 2454/119 SEEN-BY: 3634/12 PATH: 226/18 154/10 280/464 240/5832 229/426 |
