Ok, I'm casting from ezstream to icecast.  From PC chrome, I can
view https://shsbbs.net/video.html just fine.  It doesn't work from any phone
I've tried though.  My radio station at https://shsbbs.net:8443/stream cast
using vlc and icecast works fine on phone or PC.
https://shsbbs.net:8843/shurato.ogg is a direct link to the video stream.
There's got to be a way I can stream directly to android chrome using phones
without having to use a streaming service.  I'm not making any money on this,
or charging anything, it's just a hobby.  I'll be upping my upstream tuesday
from 10mbps to 20mbps, which will help some by increasing the number of
simultaneous streams I can support.
