  Not sure if I should be embarrased or not.  

Reading about The Naked Gun online, it was the writers intent to parody The
Kingsman.  Which I was not aware of sitting down to watch the film.

I guess I should actually watch the first 3 installments of the francise to
see if I can pick up whether those films directly parodied a specific film.  I
do not remember getting that feeling when watching any of the originals. 
Though the Zucker brothers were always a lot more subtle with their
parodying.  IE Airplane being a parody of the Canadian made for TV movie Zero
Hour.

I also did not remember Weird Al making an appearence in the other films,
which makes his cameo in this installment all the more hillarious!
