   Quebec's restriction on the English language is not one damn different   
   than their attempts being made under their so called "Charter of   
   Values." They got away with it, thanks to the Federal Court and one   
   way or the other this will stir up a pile of crap and like it or not,   
   increase support for the PQ, which, in my opinion is what this is all   
   about. And if this passes, one sure as hell has to ask, What comes   
   next?
