   They didn't stuff it with rightwing carpetbaggers.  The Liberals at   
   least tried to appoint those who were moderates and could be objective.   
     That's certainly not what Harper wants out of his plants - in the   
   Senate or in the Supreme Court.  He wants rightwing lackies who will toe   
   his line and his agenda.   
      
   No different than most dictatorships, I guess . . .
