   them were living in the Provinces they should have been as senate   
   representatives.   
   Or not on an indian reserve.   
      
   Easy enough to miss - considering Pamela Wallin and Mike Duffy had been   
   working in Toronto for years, had residences there, where they   
   entertained a whole lot of rightwing political types over all those   
   years.  Easy to make a residence mistake.

   "Being dishonest" is hardly a criteria for going to jail or being thrown   
   out of the Senate.  It's a QUALIFICATION that Harper looks for in   
   appointees and aides and candidates.
