   Ya stupid, stupid person.  Harper has done nothing but cut transfer   
   payment of our tax dollars from the coffers in Ottawa to the provinces.   
   The provinces are doing everything in their power to make up for the   
   loss of funding by hiking our provincial taxes.   
      
   In the meantime, that cut funding is building a $1.3 Billion-dollar   
   facility in Ottawa for the CSES spies that are now infiltrating our   
   private communications - by phone, by computer, and by mail.   
      
   Take your goddamn anti-psychotics and stay the hell out of these   
   debates.  They're way, way over your head.
