   Has CSEC had spies getting into your private communications, bugging   
   your premises, following you, or interviewing friends or acquaintances   
   about your activities?   
      
   Then you have a reason to lodge a complaint against CSEC.  Only problem   
   is . . . .  the group you'll be lodging the complaint with is made up of   
   Harper appointees - and most of them will be lobbyists or members of the   
   oil industry.
