   I'm going to top-post this, because the posting below has so little   
   value . . .  'Baker' actually quoted an ALBERTA GOVERNMENT WEBSITE   
   to tell us all that there are 'strict standards in place' in the tarsands.   
      
   I think this would be an appropriate time for someone to post an NRA   
   spokesperson telling us that guns don't kill.
