   It's worse than it looks on the surface . . .  all those shenanigans   
   with the CPP premiums has proven to be just what the economists told   
   Harper they would be:   
   UNnecessary.  We have huge surpluses in the CPP reserves enough to carry   
   this 'aging population' for another 75 years.   
      
   And the worst of it is this:  Harper and his Cons have been submitting   
   'expenses' for various ministries and programs for the past 4 years   
   which Treasury has advanced OUR TAX DOLLARS for to them.  But they   
   aren't SPENDING those tax dollars on the programs they said they needed   
   them for.  They're SITTING ON the money, letting the provinces pick up   
   the pieces for unfunded programs and infrastructure.  That has caused a   
   down-loading of tax burden onto us, as taxpayers, once again - first   
   federally, and then provincially.   
      
   They have MORE than 'a balanced budget' NOW.  But they're going to play   
   this like a game of poker, not putting their hand on the table until   
   they get closer to the 2015 election - and then they can start their   
   Canada-wide brainwashing program about how 'fiscally prudent and   
   capable' their government has been.   
      
   It's just another sleight of hand by the damnable Cons and the wisest of   
   the voters know it - and won't be voting for this party again.   
      
   The more stupid voters? . . .   they'll use the time-old method of 'I'll   
   vote for the party that promises me, personally, what I want'.  They   
   forget that Harper said this:   
      
   "What Ottawa giveth, Ottawa can taketh away".  And he bloody meant it.
