   Wrong on both counts.  Canada is running record deficits and debt loads.   
     And the 'solid banking system' is little more than a banking system   
   content to make larger and larger profits through thousands of   
   surcharges and penalty fees, than to lend out that money to business and   
   homebuyers trying to get ahead.
