   I have managed to live my 49 years without owning a gun. If the RCMP   
   wants to restrict a  weapon and they are willing to compensate the   
   owners who bought the firearm legally then the owners of said firearm   
   should comply or be treated as common gun owning criminals. Some gun   
   owners are just kooks waiting to go off and hopefully this action by the   
   GRC will stop some crazed weirdo.
