   Point 1:  Great start to a flawed posting again, Dobranski.  Police   
   DON'T "carry firearms for personal protection".  They carry them in the   
   course of their jobs protecting others, and use them only if they need

   rogue cops who are exception - but they are also cowardly rogue cops.
