   Where did the money come from BEFORE they started killing seals for   
   export and profit?   
    From the taxpayers of Canada.  We've always subsidized the seal hunt.   
   We've always subsidized food for the Inuit.   
   Now we can save the money we used for subsidizing the seal hunt by using   
   it to further subsidize food for the Inuit.
