   If the province reverts to the Liberals from the PQ, that's one good   
   thing.  However, what every pundit is saying is that this is really an   
   election that is on the sovereignty referendum, not Quebec's economy or   
   the 'Charter of Values', like it started out.   
      
   And THAT is the very best thing about the Liberals winning.
