   All provinces should have such parties. However, the sovereignty /   
   separation agenda has worn thin on more than just 'the rest of Canada'.   
   It seems to have worn thin in Quebec - and THAT is not only good news,   
   it's the start for 'drawing the circle that shuts them in'.
