   No, Dobranski, 'muzzled' does not mean prevented from speaking.  It   
   means prevented from saying certain things to certain people.   
   In the case of a dog, it means prevented from biting.   
      
   You should be muzzled for perverting these discussions and daring to   
   call someone else a liar.
