   You're full of shit, Dobranski.  There are a helluva lot of   
   government-employed persons who are not prevented from talking about   
   data gleaned from their research.   
   If what they say is favourable to Harper and his Cons, those government   
   employees are USED to promote the government's agenda.  Selective   
   muzzling, it's called.
