   Wanna bet?  They will have retained all the federal data - and will now be   
   combining it with their new provincial gun registry.   
   Quebecers are very resourceful people.  They get what they want for their   
   province.  And they want a gun registry for both long guns and handguns.   
      
   You're confusing the sound you hear with the grinding of teeth by Conservative   
   candidates in Quebec.
