   What the polls are saying ahead of Election 2019:   
      
   It’s the environment, stupid: The economy, always a top issue in the minds   
   of voters, is taking second place to the environment in this election. When   
   asked to identify the top issue in this campaign, 26 per cent of respondents   
   told Forum Research it    
   is the environment, followed by the economy at 25 per cent and health care at
