I was a big user of swappano and pianofiles and the like before they all got
taken down.

For those unfamiliar, these are sites where people list music books they have
and want and can exchange pdf files with other users.

It's well known that these books go out of print quickly and not many are
produced, especially for older bands. Used, some of these books can list for
hundreds of dollars (or insert currency here).

1966 Gary Lewis and the Playbooks is listed at $399.99 + shipping. Elton John
Super Deluxe 1977 songbook is listed at $599 for buy it now or $389 if you
want to bid on it.

So, a lot of people share their pdf scans.

I just wondered if there's any one else around who collect/swap songbooks and
would be interested in swapping lists.
